I'm from the uk and was told this is a great Swiss auto forum and
i went on my swiss auto kart at rednal a few moths ago and my clutch cover fllew off and i lost my thrust bearing. i replaced the thrust bearing, washer and bolt and since refitting it has never span right or sonded nice. i uploaded a video to youtube. any ideas?

can you please make a photo of the clutch without a clutch cover / clutch bell. and please explain it, what to do with "thrust bearing" mean. At best, you call the part number in accordance with Parts Catalog (http://www.swissauto.com/swissauto-webs ... 2000HM.pdf). then maybe we're getting closer.

If the clutch bell and still absolutely perfectly round or maybe even more ellipses-shaped?

L 4 Schraube mit Flansch M6x40
L 6 Scheibe Ritzel
L 7 Ritzellage

and the drum when last removed may have been more ellipses-shaped but i will check when removed.

sorry i haven't been updating with feedback. i purchased a battery for my kart a few days and got it started but haven't solved my original problem. i shall get a video of the kart when the engine is started and will take the clutch drum off.

Please, don't start engine WITHOUT clutch-drum !!
